•We have a lame stall-bound horse and needed to move to a horse property with room for daily mobility that he sorely needed. Melissa helped us with our search. We didn't really know where to go. Initially we thought the Perris/Lake Mathews area was it, and she showed us multiple properties, but nothing seemed to fit. Melissa even sent out direct mail to canvas the area, letting owners know we might be interested in buying their home. Then we changed our mind and decided perhaps Norco would be better. Melissa searched many homes, took us through many properties and finally found us a perfect fit. She was very long-suffering with us and our indecision. In the end, she developed a very good relationship with the seller's agent, which enabled us to win a very tough bidding war. Thanks Melissa, you're the BEST!
