•Susan was incredible throughout our whole 2 year home buying process. We started this process in the height of the historic low interest rate period in 2021 when home prices was astronomical. We made multiple offers, all of them, but one, flopped. The one we under contract on also ended up flopping after a really poor home inspection report. Fast forward to November of 2022 and we found new construction that we loved and could potentially have had the builder buy out our lease cancellation, but we decided not to go forward with that one because something was telling us to wait. Fast forward again to March of 2023 and Susan and I scheduled to go to an open house together. We went and I knew of another open house going on (the house we ended up purchasing), so we went and it ended up being everything we could’ve wanted and more. Every seller’s agent we worked with was so easy and comfortable having Susan. Susan worked around my husband’s work schedule to tour homes when it was convenient for us. She pointed us to an incredible mortgage agent as well. Throughout the process, we had a million questions and she was always just a text message away. We are so grateful she stuck with us all two years of our waiting, and are so thankful for the wisdom and encouragement she gave us on the way to purchasing our first home. We will forever recommend her!
