•Kim Kendall is a fantastic realtor. Whether it’s selling, buying or renting her knowledge is superior. The second you are done speaking with her she is already getting your process rolling. Her communication skills allow her to get out in front of issues and get your place top dollar. Her negotiation skills make it easier to come up with a favorable price. Her market knowledge allows her to set a solid base of where the deal should be. She is very thorough with the preparation of your sale by pointing out things that can help move the unit faster. And if there are things that need attention, she has the network to get someone in there immediately. She keeps in touch multiple times weekly to supply new information. During this process you will basically just sit back and let her do her thing. I would highly recommend using her. We have used her multiple times.
