•Kim and her team were wonderful. Kim was on top of things right from the beginning. She walked us through the selling process before we got started. She explained how showings would be done to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. She helped us to present our house in the best possible way, and then sent a phenomenal photographer to capture that. She kept us informed throughout the process -- we always knew what was going on and how long it would take. When we had decisions to make Kim presented them to us, and when we asked, gave her opinion. In the end we got the price we wanted, a pleasant selling experience, and no stress. We highly recommend her and her team!
