MOST HELPFUL , ORGANIZED & HARD WORKING AGENT

"Before choosing a real estate agent to sell our home in Pleasanton, we reviewed several agent profiles on Zillow and based on prior reviews, we finally narrowed down on Bhavana. Bhavana represented the KW brand very nicely. She was very professional and thorough in her insights about the market. Bhavana spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sold, how long her listings typically stay on the market, and tons of info on comps in the area. We met Bhavana and she walked us step by step with the process. From Day One she was in near daily contact with us as we prepared for selling our house. She guided us all the way through - with home inspection reports, contractors to paint & fix some items in the house, to landscaping , staging, photography and working with Hoa and Title company for all disclosures. As I was away from the property, Bhavana worked with the contractors to make sure they got the job done in the best way possible. She made the process look incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should). During this pandemic, she made sure things progressed without breaking the rules and safety of anyone around. She is honest, upfront and has integrity. Finally, when our house was listed, we got several pre-emptive offers .
