Fairy Godmother of Williamson Co. Real Estate

When I tell you that Dee Russell is the BEST at what she does, that doesn’t seem to do her knowledge and high level of service justice. I had a very limited time to look and make an offer, and I also had a tricky juggle between my budget and needs. I needed Williamson Co. schools, and the best, safest house and neighborhood I could afford as a single mom with young kids. Dee is savvy, honest, efficient, and left no stone unturned when it came to details. I also went with one of her broker recommendations, and everyone involved promptly returned texts/emails/calls to help me move quickly in our competitive market. This was critically important based on my previous experiences with other teams. As a first time homebuyer who has been “in the market” 20+ years waiting for the right time, I dealt with Dee many years ago when family relocated to the area. And I am so glad Dee and I reconnected for her to be the realtor who ushered me through this process when the timing was finally right to purchase my own first home. The extras that she and her business partner brought to the table had me in tears at a few stages (helping me find vendors for my fix-it list for the new place, scheduling them for me, etc.), and led to me dubbing her the “fairy godmother.” She made me feel special and well taken care during each stage of the process. Nobody knows the market and Williamson Co. better than Dee, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to get her clients what they need. I could not recommend her and her team more highly.
