•Sandra was an excellent agent - personable and knowledgeable. She recommended, but never pushed. She gave us the information we needed to make a decision and then let us make it, without pressure. We were initially opposed to staging the unit, but Sandra persuaded us that it made a positive impact on marketing. The unit was staged and we got 2 offers within the first several days! (One of those offers was the final buyer!) Sandra was a pleasure to work with. She’s very knowledgeable and not afraid to admit what she doesn’t know. Then she finds out! Our sale took a bit more time and effort to get to a conclusion, but Sandra never wavered. She was there with us every step of the way, even though ours was not a sale that would bring her a big commission. We recommend Sandra without reservation. We would use her again in a heartbeat!
