Adar, A True Legend and Gentleman

When my wife and I decided to move to Pittsburgh from Idaho last year, the first thing we did was call my son to ask him who we should retain to help us find a place to live. He told us about this guy that a friend had hired when he had moved to Pittsburgh years before. My son retained him and he helped my son and his wife find a house in Bethel Park. I sent an email to Adar saying that we planned to move to Pittsburgh, although we were not sure when that might happen. Over the course of six months, we corresponded with Adar giving him an idea of what we were looking for in a home. I remember him saying he hoped we liked red brick. Before we moved, we saw a couple of houses on Zillow that we though we might like. Even before we moved, my son and Adar would go and take a look at them. When we finally moved, we got to meet Adar. Over the course of a couple of months, Adar showed us many homes in multiple areas around Pittsburgh and Washington. He was always kind, professional, punctual and knowledgeable about the areas around Pittsburgh. On several occasions he checked out houses in advance to determine if they might be places we would like to call home. Perhaps most importantly, Adar was always patient with us. I can say without question that in my twenty fives years of practicing transactional law, I never met a real estate agent with as much knowledge about the market, locations, requirements of the various townships and boroughs, and safety as Adar had in representing us. He was professional and prompt in returning communications. His assistance helped us find a home that we have now been in since November of 2025. When we finally closed on our home, I felt as though we took so much more of Adar's time given the fee he earned. I can say without reservation that if we decide to move again in the Pittsburgh area, we would definitely use Adar to help us in the search and through the closing process. He truly became a friend through the whole process.
