•I needed to sell my mother’s house. I knew I wanted a local realtor with substantial experience and local knowledge. So I interviewed three recommended local realtors. In my interview with Bill, what struck me most was that he really listened to appreciate our situation, he offered suggestions, and we jointly formed a plan. I later asked him to alter the plan and he was very accommodating. He communicated the right amount of frequently, through the process. We made our sale the first week; however, Bill kept working to help us get the house in order and permits achieved prior to closing. His calm/positive demeanor, professional work ethic, local knowledge, local resources, and his mentorship through the process made this experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Bill Stone as a superior person and Realtor.
