Even then, she went above and beyond to help us to clean out the home and find suitable charitable organizations to pick up furniture. Not only is Gladys a top notch realtor she is one of the kindest and nicest people I have ever met. Before my mother’s home was put on the market she had a cleaning woman come in to make sure the house was in top condition for showing. The actual sale took just four days with multiple offers and an eventual sale at a higher price than listed. But the sale was only the beginning. Over the course of the next several weeks Gladys went above and beyond her responsibilities. She managed every step leading up to closing. She found an organization that accepts furniture for donations. And she found a couple to clean out what remained and give the house one last cleaning for the new owners. Throughout the entire process Gladys called or texted me on a daily basis to keep me updated on what was happening. The day before closing I had to be hospitalized. I called Gladys to let her know and she made arrangements to have a representative from the title company come to the hospital to sign the closing documents. A few days later she came by the hospital to pick up the garage door opener to deliver to the home’s new owners. Gladys handled the sale of my mother’s home as if it was hers. My brother, sister and I greatly appreciate all that she did for us. And I know that if my mother was still with us she would have really liked Gladys. Gladys thank you for everything. You will be highly recommended if anybody I know ever needs a realtor.
