•John is an absolute gem of a find, and I would recommend hiring him a million times over. Due to the slump in the housing market, we were having a lot of trouble drumming up interest in my house for two months before we hired him. I was on a tight timeline because of those two months, so we opted in for his highest level package. Oh. My. God. He lived up to what he promised and exceeded any expectations I could have dreamed of. The work he put into touching up the home, staging, the sheer amount of advertising he did...the general interest in my home soared by 800% and in only 3 weeks! I was expecting my property to sit on the market for another 3+ months, but he secured buyers within a month of the posting (actual people instead of investors, too). I would recommend John for anyone looking to sell their homes. There are so many shady and inexperienced real estate agents out there, but John is truly the cream of the crop.
