•When working on real-estate Cody was great and very responsive. To bad for Cody, He is only human. No human can work 2 jobs and be 100%. Cody's best work- Getting us out of a tight spot with a home with a crazy fencing and easement problems. He displayed some great skills regarding Texas real-estate law getting us out of a bad situation. Even with divided attention working at the fire station, he was often able to have people cover. To be fair we were demanding buyers that made the mistake of trying to pull off a garage to garage move. This placed us all in a tough situation but despite this Cody got the job done.
