"Donna Donna , A True Professional"
From the very beginning of the selling process of my parents home I knew Donna Paletta was the person to contact. She had already helped in selling a prior property for my parents and the trust they put in her was never disappointed. Donna's professionalism and care and concern was evident throughout the entire process from start to finish. She kept us informed every step of the way and always had our best interest in all decision making. Communication was clearly shown as Donna reached out to us on many occasions to just check in or to inform us of decisions that needed to be made. We are extremely pleased with how Donna handled the complete sale of our property and her willingness to go beyond our expectations.

We recently used Tabathia for selling my Mom's home and finding us a rental. She went above and beyond in doing her job. All went well and we are settled in our rental. As far as selling the house, Tabathia kept us informed of any changes and if we had questions she found the answers! If we ever need a real estate agent again we will not hesitate to use her! My family and I had an excellent experience with Paul Birmingham as our agent
My family and I were looking to relocate after our retirement and had a small window of opportunity to look at homes in the Port st lucie area. We explained to Paul what we were looking for in HOA neighborhoods, mind you the inventory was extremely low in September of 2021...Paul put a list together of homes that fit our needs and had set appointment times for viewing. Interestingly, the actual home we purchased, we had no appointment, but Paul went above and beyond by calling the listing agent and got us a brief look inside the home before the next scheduled appointment. We liked what we saw and Paul made a formal appointment the next day. We ended up purchasing the home and Paul was extremely helpful in the entire precess of the walk through, inspection and closing. Tabathia helped us purchase our first home in Florida! We knew from the very beginning that we were in good hands! Tabathia understood our needs and gave us extremely detailed information about the house, as well as the local community, from safety to noise level, the whole nine yards, During the negotiation process, I was pleasantly surprised to realize that Tabathia is the realtor who puts her customer’s interest before her own. Tabathia is also very resourceful and we have completely relied on her referrals for a great lender, a reliable home inspector, as well as contractors and cleaning ladies. The house we bought is a “smart” home which could confuse people like us who are not very tech savvy. To help us settle down quickly, Tabathia pre-ordered an Echo dot for us to make sure we could take advantage of the smart feature from day 1. When she found that we may need to use the outdoor griddle, she drove and bought us a propane tank before closing. We are so fortunate to have Tabathia as our realtor. Tabathia, you are the best!
