She knows the market, is an excellent negotiator and will help you long after the deal has been closed. She had the home pre inspected before it went on the market. She knew the true value of the home and she skillfully negotiated a very difficult sale. I decided to have the home re-inspected. Once the work was completed to correct a few minor issues, she sent pictures of the work done on the home on a SATURDAY. She will work relentlessly to make sure you are happy from start to finish. I used Lisa LeRose on the sale of an inherited home. She was AMAZING. She is professional, funny, and really good at her job. It made the whole experience feel like it was really easy. When I had to clean up the house, she was there with me taking trash bags out to the garbage can. Her communication throughout the entire process was top notch. Very few realtors are willing to go above and beyond like this in my experience. I believe that she really cares about her clients and is a top notch gal.
