Beth always listened to our wants and needs in a home and delivered on great options. In the end she was able to find dozens of options and secured appointments to see all of them. We ended up choosing a top two. She wrote contracts on our first which didn’t work out so we moved on to option two. She secured a contract within a couple of days that was desirable to all. She has a number of insurance agent options, broker options and a trusted home inspector to help in the process. Beth is a great agent and has the clients best interest at heart.

Dawn was WONDERFUL to work with!!! She was honest and transparent from day one and very responsive throughout the process. We did not have our own realtor, so Dawn represented both the seller and us. It was clear that she genuinely had everyone's best interest at heart and helped both parties get their needs met in a way that benefitted everyone. We appreciated her in-depth knowledge of the home, the owners, and the area. When we had a question about the HOA bylaws, she not only provided us with the HOA contact information but also proactively called them herself to get our question answered. She was very patient, accommodating, and took the time to answer any questions we had. She is very on top of the process and we never felt rushed or pressured or that things were falling through the cracks. Her vendors were also great to work with, especially Lavargna Law. Honestly, Dawn restored our faith in realtors, and it was refreshing to work with someone like her.
