Donna was very ambitious with the sale of my home. Every step of the way from the listing and the showings, which she personally attends each and everyone and checked every detail prior to appts. My listing was so perfectly done with the right description for the area, photos and most importantly the beautiful video. Once offers came in (multiple on day 1) she was there every step of the way. When all was said and done, I was extremely happy with her professional manner and how personable she was. I felt as though a good friend was there for me through the process.

Donna is an experienced broker with substantive contacts in the trades and market as a whole. Great suggestion to have an inspection completed proactively to address small nits that could otherwise surface from a buyer's inspection. Buyer for our home was out of state and challenging with change in closing date that required a ton of negotiations. Ultimately, got the job done and set a new high for the sale in our small neighborhood in Mystic Cove, Hobe Sound. Would recommend her without hestiation.

My Aunt recommended Lynda to me. She was amazing. She got to know my family personally and what our needs and wants were. She was very honest in the process with the negatives and positives of various aspects of the process. She helped me get better finance options by recognizing that I was not getting a good deal from my lender. I was able to get a much better deal with her knowledge and I will forever be grateful for that! In this crazy market where there are multiple offers and things go fast, she was readily available to meet us and check out properties. She put our offers in quickly and represented us well. We were able to get a beautiful home that met all of our needs in a short time frame within our budget and we couldn’t have done it without her experience and knowledge.
