Monica has been exemplary from the beginning when we first met her. She had a folder with detailed but easy to read information about the steps and her responsibilities as our agent. She provided us with a list of homes and also provided us with a weekly updated list. She was readily available to show us homes. Monica is a very good communicator. When we finally were in contract. She was there through out the whole process. She made buying a home flawless. On the day we got our keys. She was waiting with balloons, champagne, a gift basket and home decors. She is a kind sweet person. We love her! She is great at what she does as a real estate agent.

In my transition from moving I'd lived out of state and basically had to run through everything remotely short of doing my walk through and signing my mortgage agreement with the title company. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative. She even helped us work through an issue where the sellers agent had tried to pull, what I believe to be, some pretty unethical behavior. Will be recommending her to everyone i know.

Karsten is absolutely the best realtor in town. We got in contact with him almost a year prior to selling our house in Ahwatukee. He was so knowledgable with the housing market and was able to help my wife and I with almost everything. He made selling so easy. Also he had so many different contacts that can help us with fixing or cleaning the house prior to selling it. It was the best experience I had.
