•I had a home and a piece of land to sell. They both were in Florida and I live out of state so John and his coagent handled it all. He helped solved many issues, gave great advice, and both sales went through with minimal stress on me. I highly recommend John as an agent. He is professional and understanding. He definitely worked with ny best interests in mind.
Outstanding͏ Experience John was very knowledgeable about the value of the property and comparable listings in the area. This was an out of state closing so it went beyond the typical closing responsibilities. He kept me posted on the status with buyer, her agent and lending agency. He made modifications to the contract that were necessary and toward the benefit of the estate. He was available any time I had questions. I would highly recommend John Carter as a buying or selling agent. His professional and personal help was outstanding!
