Working with Cyrus was an absolute pleasure! We decided to sell our home and purchase a new one to find more room for our kiddos and he helped us every way in the process. He is personable, informative and overall just a great guide to have during the sale/purchase journey. Even at the end when we were ready to close on our new home, last minute the lender advised us we wouldn’t be able to get keys the same day unless we drive to riverview which was an hour and a half away from us and if anyone understands busy life with work and kids you would understand how last minute things are difficult to maneuver- Cyrus called us and let us know not to worry he was already on the way to riverview and we were able to sign our closing docs and have our keys the same day. We were able to sleep in our brand new home the same night. If that doesn’t show the kindness and dedication this man has, I don’t know what else does. Thank you Cyrus!
