Dawn was a great choice to go with when we suddenly decided to sell our house and move 400 miles away. She was very professional and sat down with us as our Realtor, not just our friend, to discuss any updates or things we had done recently to our home and what our needs were. We told her the price we would like to get for the house, and she actually told us due to the recent updates she felt it was worth quite a bit more. We were thrilled. So we thought we would put it out there to see if we could get close to the asking price, then down the road if we would have to lower the price it wouldn't be so bad. She put the sign in our yard on a Sunday morning and by Tuesday there were 5 viewings and an offer very close to our asking price. We were anxious to relocate as soon as possible for our jobs, so we took the offer and couldn't have been happier with the family who bought it.
