Tim did an excellent job of finding a house that matched our needs. He listened to what we said, and showed several houses that had our bucket list of items. He was very patient, and worked with our schedule to find the perfect house for us. He also helped to stage our existing house and used an excellent photographer to demonstrate all the best attributes of our house. In doing both jobs, he enable us to get the best price for our houses and allowed us to close rapidly on both houses. He was a true professional and the best on both sides of the sale.
