We became aware of Christina through a referral from Homelight. The more we found out about her, the more we were grateful. Our initial walkthrough very informative of what we should or shouldn't do to maximize the sales price. Two main things showed her skill more than anything: her suggestion to list our back sunroom as a bedroom, and using her sources to overcome an outrageous quote to freshen up the kitchen with doors and counters. She saved us almost $10,000! Throughout the preparation, she kept an eye on each of our vendor's work, too. Her background of flipping houses with her family provided depth to her service to us and it was exactly what we needed. Of course, she couldn't do all this and more alone. Christina was highly recommended to us and after meeting with her we could see why. This was our first time ever selling a home and Christina was very informative with explaining each step of the process along the way. From our initial meeting with Christina, she was very straightforward with what we should expect and recommendations on things for us to improve. And I'm glad we followed her recommendations. We received over 28 offers in 2 days with almost all over asking. Christina was great in helping us understand the pros/cons of each offer to make the best choice for us. Even after our first contract fell through, Christina went back and was able to get us the same offer from other buyers. We are very thankful for everything Christina did for us and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house.
