We were in desperate search for a home in a particular area and Shannon stepped up to the plate. We were searching, he was searching, and he never missed a beat when we asked to see homes outside of regular hours, not to mention a considerable drive for him. He was so helpful, very in tune to us as his clients, and went above and beyond to help in any way he could. The house we bought ended up showing well and unfortunately because of a travel issue, we were unable to do a walk thru the day of the closing-HUGE MISTAKE, don’t let it ever happen to you! When we arrived upon signing, it was left full of junk and crawling with bugs! The list is too long to put here. When Shannon found out, he offered to come help us clean it out, paint, do whatever he could to make it inhabitable. That’s really saying something about his dedication. If we decide to relocate and can use Shannon, we absolutely will. Great job Shannon and thank you so much for all you did to help us.

When your given lemons, make lemonade. That's how Robin dealt with our situation. When nothing is done to house in 26 years, even the best neighborhood and a sellers market doesn't help much. But Robin persevered and sold the house for what she estimated. We had lots of issues with the buyer but not with Robin. She is honest, hard working and a straight shooter.
