Knowledgeable,͏ Helpful, and Available John knows the market and was always very responsive to any requests we sent. We really were not sure what we were looking for so he sent a number of different types of MLS home feeds that gave us information on all of the different types of properties we were considering. When we heard of a property from a friend that had only been on the market in her neighborhood for a few short hours we called John and he was very quick to respond, get the information we needed to make a decision and we had a contract on the house by the next day. This would not have been possible without his quick response. Best͏ Agent in the Lakeland Area! We came down from Wisconsin looking to move permanently to Florida. We had an idea of where we would like to live and we met with John to share our desires.
