If we could give Bethany 100 stars, we would! She went above and beyond to make sure we found the house that we were dreaming of. She made us feel comfortable with our purchase and explained everything along the way. We came from out of state and she answered our questions even despite our time difference across the country. I have been looking at properties for about two + years, looking for that specific property that would fit in with the next chapter in my life. With this search, I have worked with several agents and it felt as though no one was taking me seriously and/ or seemed to give up on me. I knew what I was looking for and didn't want to just settle. Then, this year I put in an inquiry into a property...that is where I met my agent, James. Well, even though the property wasn't what I had in mind, James didn't give up on me. Mind you, I was not looking for a high dollar property, something simple and with the current market, something feasible on cost since I already own and wanted to do a slow transition.
