LaRhonda handled every detail from the search to closing on my new home. She is well-informed, pays close attention to every detail, and worked with me on every concern I had along the way. I closed with a VA-backed home loan and everyone knows how difficult those can be! She coordinated with the seller to get us a fair, lower price and worked with my lender to keep them on track (when my lender was dragging their feet). This could have been a much more stressful process, had it not been for LaRhonda's proactiveness- so I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free she made everything. LaRhonda was my in-law's agent and came just as highly recommended to me.
