Chad went WAY above and beyond for us. He began the process of listing our home during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. He helped us with advice and real help getting our house repaired and ready to list. He even came over and helped with some repairs and heavy lifting as we went from a gutted house to finally able to list a properly dried, repaired and ready house. We moved 3000 miles away and left the house to him. When issues developed due to weather, inspections or deficiencies he identified between showings he helped us contact licensed and certified professionals to make needed repairs. He hired a cleaning team and even swept, mopped and freshened up the house between showings. Above and beyond is not an exaggeration to the service he provided.
