It is hard to develop relationships wherein both the listing and selling agent genuinely help each other succeed. Maria and I were able to accomplish this. I'd work with her in the future for sure.

So... the first time I met Lisa in 2015, she sold my house in Davenport, FL in only 6 days! In 2024, I attempted FSBO with no luck. I wondered if Lisa was still working as a Realtor, found her original business card and called. She was available to help me sell my house, but warned me that the market was slow this year. It took her 15 days to sell my house... incredible! On a side note, Lisa has been instrumental in crafting an offer on my soon to be new house...that offer was accepted by the seller in 15 minutes! Lisa is a brilliant realtor, consider yourself lucky if she is available for you!
