Harold Baker was exactly the agent we needed to sell my parent’s property. We were not sure exactly how to go about selling their homestead and he knew exactly what to do. He genuinely wanted to make sure we walked away with some cash in our hands as well-we did not think we would be able to given the state of the property. He was so kind, non-judgemental and helpful. Wayne was excellent to work with - he went above and beyond during the whole transaction. Was able to get us in to look at the home right away, handled all the offers and communication with the sellers realtor and communicated with us with every step. Even came to the closing with us. Would highly recommend Wayne with any real estate need you have.
