Daniela Zoppe provided the best service we have ever experienced, buying our home in Florida. She has extensive knowledge of the area and coordinated the entire process flawlessly. She is professional and extremely honest. She went out of her way to help us with every aspect of buying a home, as we are from out-of-state. She stayed in constant contact with us from the day we met, until after the closing. When I asked for recommendations for different companies (insurance, inspectors, etc.) she recommended outstanding companies. She even met the vendors at the house for us, since we weren't there. Chris was amazing to deal with in the crazy 2022 craze of buying houses. He was always on our side, always looking out for our best interest, and always up front and honest. If he thinks there is something that he thought you wouldnt be happy with, or if it was just a bad deal, he would tell you. I dont plan on moving again, but if I did I wouldnt hesitate to call Chris again. I would consider him a friend after the experience we had with him.

Leslie was so helpful and patient with us. She had come over and gave us some suggestions on what we could do to bring up the value of the house and what other potential buyers are looking for. We made all the improvements plus some extra stuff. We finally got the house ready to sell in June of this year. She was so kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process keeping us updated if there was an offer. We would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.
