Chris truly exceeded my expectations of what a realtor does. He "held my hand" through the entire process. Not one question or concern was left unanswered or unaddressed. Not one time did he allowed me to loose hope of finding my new home with special attention to my personal requirements and budget. He allowed us to take time to make the best decisions for our personal situation. We weren't rushed into anything, not once did he make us feel like this was just another sale. Being my first time going through this process Chris really made it fun and easy breezy after the the paper needed from us. His broker, title company, everyone on his team was absolutely awesome. They explained everything in a way that I could understand in lament terms. I had such a great experience and acquired so much trust and confidence in him and his team that I immediately referred him to a few coworkers of mine looking for homes. He is a great person to have by your side during this process, I cannot stress that enough!! Chris and his team will continue to be my go to person for referrals and future purchases. We couldn’t be happier with the service Michael provided. After 32 years of living in our home, we decided to sell. It was a very emotional decision but he showed so much kindness throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help get things in order. Kept in constant communication all the way to closing. He was also able to get the price we wanted for our home. We can’t thank him enough for everything he did, and couldn’t have asked for more!

We found Melissa (Missy) through a mutual friend that had used her before and could not recommend her enough for good reason. This was our first homebuying experience and Missy was so helpful every step of the way. There were multiple instances of us not knowing what anything meant or what really goes into buying a home. She was able to explain things to us in a way we could understand that our previous realtor failed to do. We sold our home and bought the lot for our future home with Missy's expert help in a very short amount of time during a time when realtors were absolutely swamped with work and even struggling to return calls. She made time for us from day 1. We never had to chase her or wonder what the status was. Without her guidance, it's doubtful we'd have accomplished what needed to be done. She's straight to the point, which is a quality I prefer, but also lays out your options with zero bias. 10 stars!
