We talked to a couple of agents prior to choosing Kelli and she was the most practical and professional of all. She put us at ease, told us where we were wrong in our thinking and said all the right things to convince us she was the one. After we gave her our listing, Kelli was there at every turn, and I mean EVERY turn. She called us while vacationing in Arizona and and any time after that she needed to talk. Alisa was amazing! She helped me purchase my first home and then sell it 3 years later. She sold it in 2 weeks! She took care of everything for me, and when we had trouble with an inspector, she dealt with him and got the problem fixed! She answered all my calls and texts right away and went above and beyond to get my house sold. She's also worked with members of my family and we all love her. She's so patient and knowledgeable. Alisa was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We provided her with a list from our online search of properties so that she knew what we were looking for. Alisa knows the area very well and steered us in the right direction in our home search. When it came time to actually see some of the homes, she helped identify potential issues with a home/property, provided information on HOA's, fees and easements, and made efficient use of our time by scheduling showings. After 2 full days of showings, we found the home we were looking for. Alisa was extremely helpful in presenting our offer to the seller and through the negotiating process. She also took care of details such as scheduling the home inspection, mold inspection and getting all the fine details worked out with the seller for inspections such as radon, well & septic. The closing went off without a hitch because she made sure everything was taken care of BEFORE closing, eliminating any stress in the hole process. We can't thank her enough and count her as a trusted friend in our move to a new community!

We sold our home with Alisa while living in another state. She helped us make decisions about home upgrades and hired contractors to do the work. She was spot on with her recommendations about price, painting, carpeting upgrades, and when to get this home on the market based on supply and demand of buyers.
