•First let us say we were very reluctant to do business with any realty company because of a couple past experiences. However, I will never forget the first time Jen met me at our house. When I gave her the first tour I could see the passion she had for our house. She wrote a notebook full of notes, she studied every room. She was creating a story in her mind on every detail in the room, remarkable! She told me what the house made her feel. I knew she was the one without a doubt. She got busy quick! Within days she had the most impressive professional listing online. We had many disappointments together. Jen never gave up!! From May 2021 through December 2021 we became like family. Texting everyday dealing with COVID too. Jen changed my perspective and was really great at calming me down (Tony not Regina). She was honest and blunt to the point. No sugar coating stuff. No beating around the bush. She built a relationship between us and the buyers. If you want your house sold have Jen take a tour of your house give her the story and I promise she will sell your house!!! Best realtor relationship we have ever had, hands down. She believes in what she does. The reason she is the best is because it's in her heart to help people. Thanks Jen for putting up with our frustrations. Thanks for dealing with one of the most difficult times we have ever had. You were perfect my friend forever!! Tony and Regina
Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. Professional and very responsive to every phone call. She worked very hard to meet our goals!!! Jennifer made suggestions and helped me get the house ready to place on the market. She also provided reliable contractors to correct minor issues with our house. Thank You
