A SALE JOURNEY IN FLORIDA
We, now living in Alabama, needed to sell a family home in the Orlando, Florida area. Cherie was referred to us by our realtor friend in Maryland. While Cherie was based out of Tampa and did not know us at all, based on her friendship with our Maryland realtor, she unhesitatingly took us on as her clients, little knowing how challenging this sale was going to be. She jumped right into the task and took us through the ups and downs of this sale with never flagging enthusiasm and optimism. She was very professional and clearly very experienced. Her breadth and depth of knowledge of real estate sales in Florida was most impressive and served us very well through unexpected setbacks and challenges in what we thought was going to be a straightforward sale. Her commitment to us, her dogged determination, her fearlessness, and her competence took us over the finish line. We also really treasure the emotional support and positive encouragement she provided us when things were not going well. Her communication with us was excellent: when necessary, often, thorough, personable. Knowing our ignorance about selling a home, she was very patient and explained things to us until she was convinced we understood.
