Kim has been in the real estate business for a long time, and it definitely shows. Her knowledge of pricing the house, of getting the house ready for showings, etc., made it easy to put the house on the market with her. And she was amazing at communicating with us throughout the process of selling our home. She got us a great price as well as selling our house quickly. Heather did a great job. She helped us start the process of putting our home on the market and purchasing a new one at the same time. She had it timed perfectly so we weren’t homeless at any point. It was a smoothe and stress free transition. She did a great job showing us all our options. My husband is very indecisive and she did a great job keeping him on track and finding a home that he was happy with. Let me tell you, that is a hard feat to do and by golly she did it.
