Amy Quick has been nothing but amazing throughout my home buying process. First she helped set me up with an amazing lender that way we could get the process started the right way. She went out of her way to show homes to us and we found our paradise! Amy was there for us every step of the way. She answered all my questions, (there were a lot) and always had a smile on her face. She made my mom feel very comfortable with the process, and I loved that Amy included my mom in the decision-making process. Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to start. When we first met Steven he was very personable and knowledgeable. He even wrote a book on everything you need to know about selling and buying a house. He was very honest and upfront about everything and told us his opinions whether we would like them or not, which is great. Our house had an offer in four hours and we closed on April 22,2019. He was absolutely wonderful for putting up with us and he has become more than a real estate agent he is a good friend. We can't thank him enough for what he did for us! I had the pleasure of renting a house from Fred. Fred & his team have been amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional, attentive and are always polite. Communication is very important to me & this was never an issue. Any questions &/or maintenance issues were always addressed. Always check the reviews for property managers. I unfortunately have had some bad experiences in the past that's why its important to me that I share my great experience with Fred and his team.

Fred and his team worked very hard for me and I will recommend anyone to have him as their realtor. He demonstrated to me he knows the processes involved in buying a home and was very efficient on making sure all the steps were covered, nothing was missed and there were no surprises in the end. Fred works very well with other realtors, but makes sure his client's needs are meet.
