Glowing Review of my Favorite Realtor!!

I have worked with Ruben several times over the past few years both with selling my homes and purchasing new ones. This time was just as seamless as the others. I feel comfortable reaching out any time I have questions about how the market is looking in my planning to sell or stay and I know I will get honest feedback- not someone just looking to sell a house for their pocket if it's not the right time for ME. It's clear Ruben is interested in building a relationship with his clients and that is one of the many reasons I continue to do business with him. Ruben is very informed about the current market trends, has a vest network of resources he pulls from, he creates opportunities for himself in turn creating them for his clients. He is not the kind of realtor that will just sit around waiting for clients to tell him what houses they want to look at. He is interested in getting to know me as a homeowner and what my needs and goals are. He sets realistic expectations and works with me when I want to bust right through those :) This time he was a disclosed dual agent and I did not feel in any way that this affected the sale of my home, and it definitely could have. I was treated fairly and in fact he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Don't hesitate in the slightest- hire Ruben for all of your real estate needs!
