Elisabeth is originally from a rural small town outside of Boston, MA, and moved down to Maryland to attend the University of Maryland, College Park for a BA in Communications. A lifelong equestrian, Maryland’s connections to the horse industry (and her first job in Marketing!) made Maryland her permanent home. After graduation, as her professional digital marketing career grew, she started freelancing on the side, supporting small businesses with digital marketing, design, and social media management. After helping multiple boutique real estate agencies with their marketing efforts and purchasing her first home with her husband, she decided to make a career change. She is an exceptionally driven, self-motivated person and the thought of working with people on the biggest investments they ever make while helping them navigate change, combined with having her success be a direct product of her own efforts was very appealing to her! Also, she could combine her love of constantly being on the go, marketing, writing, and digital marketing all in one. In addition, she knew she could leverage her involvement with the local horse and agricultural industries and find her "niche" in the real estate industry specializing in Farm Properties across multiple states. While Elisabeth has been licensed for 5 years, her dedication to her job, creativity, and relentless drive have propelled her into the top 4% of agents in Maryland and South Central Pennsylvania very quickly. Elisabeth founded the Elisabeth Yeager Homes and Farms Group to work with like-minded agents so they can find support and leverage each other's strengths while operating under the brand known for excellent service and marketing that Elisabeth has carefully curated and built over the last few years. Elisabeth believes in helping all of her agents and partners fulfill their goals, and hopes to give new agents the leg up and support she didn't always have so that their path to success is accelerated by experience and a wonderful foundation in the industry. Elisabeth is also a board member of Carroll County REALTORS serving a 3-year term, a member of the South Carroll Business Association, and on the PR & Communications Committee for Maryland REALTORS. She hopes to continue to serve in leadership positions throughout her community and continue her relationships and sponsorships with local businesses and farms.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.
