•We have owned several houses over the years and when we began the process of finding a new house yet again we were feeling excited but quite anxious. Having Carol Ann as our realtor made a stressful situation easier for us. She was very patient and always available to answer our questions and concerns…she toured properties via Zoom with us. Carol Ann gave us all her time and effort. She is a kind person who knew the area we were looking in extremely well and she was self motivated. We truly appreciated her creativity. As we looked at houses and pointed out things we did not like Carol Ann was able to give us ideas as to how we could change things up and make it our own She is a very creative thinker and responded to our concerns. Her overall demeanor made our house hunting experience a positive one.
