Where to begin to explain how great Heather Peters is at her job! When we decided we needed to sell our multi-level home and find something more handicapped accessible, I sent an email to Tonya with the Gamble Team at Keller Williams. Much to my dismay, Tonya was not available personally, but assured us that Heather would provide the same service, and that recommendation was enough for us. However, Heather far exceeds that recommendation! Heather goes out of her way to take a lot of the stress of selling and/or buying a home off your shoulders. When we were prepping our home to sell, she came over and helped staging the rooms so that the house showed as well as possible. Heather has been doing this job long enough that she knows instinctively what looks good, and what it will take to make it market ready. In buying our new home, she honestly listened to us and only showed us homes that met our criteria. Once we found the home we wanted, she promptly prepared the paperwork and stayed on top of things until the deal was done. She was with us during inspections and when time to close on homes, she was by our sides. I can't express how wonderful it was to have Heather working for us. Buying or selling or both in our case, you can count on Heather to get things done and closed on time!

He is not only personable, and easy to work with but brings an invaluable eye as a previous home inspector and experienced home owner/remodeler to the structural and mechanical workings of a home. Brad was awesome! When he first came out he explained the market and what to expect and thereafter kept us updated weekly.
