I was selling my house after 52 years of loving occupancy. When aging and other life matters arrived, I needed to sell my beloved Antique Advertising "Museum." I was so traumatized by the idea that I was selling my beloved house and moving out of my carefully constructed world that I became traumatized from the shock of the move into rentals. I "zoned"-out and failed to dig into the process. I became wide-eyed and lackadaisical and was of little help to Gerry by having put my "excitement" into the cellar. Jerry didn't let this phase kill his energy. After the sale of my house at full asking price, Gerry went to work finding me an affordable rental .He kept delivering locations of interest for me. I floated into a perfect new place after (perhaps) twenty "Close-but-no-cigar" candidates for me to look at. HE WAS WORKING BUT I WASN'T! Gerry understood my "shock" and just kept going forward to find me a good-willed resolution that fit all my constraints. He's a true professional with a most pleasant good nature. I cannot say enough about how amazing Denise was during our buying experience! My husband and I had basically no idea what we wanted or where to start on this journey. Denise helped us figure out what kind of house, the location we liked, what price we were comfortable with, etc. She took us to see so many houses and helped us when we were deciding what houses to make offers on. Buying a house during this insane market was not ideal, but Denise made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. We ended up with the perfect first house for us and our little dog, Taffy! We can't thank Denise enough!
