•Judi was very professional at all times while dealing with us. She came to our first meeting with comps for sales in the area to give us an idea what are property could be worth. Made very reasonable suggestions of possible improvements to bring a better price. She mentioned a 4-pt inspection to give us an idea of what possible problems could show up as home was 30 years old. Judi offered to provide means to open up house for repairs being done. This was very helpful as I live 90 miles away. She provides staging of the home. The house looked great! Judi and her staff were very helpful in keeping me posted as to process of sale of house. Also in helping me obtain any additional documentation they may need. I would 100% recommend Judi to anyone looking for a realtor to sell their property.
