Alvaro was great to work with! He was attentive, responsive and amazingly quick in working through the process of home buying. The market in Florida is hot! Since I could not make a trip from Puerto Rico to go house hunting, Alvaro suggested using FaceTime and showed properties to us in that manner. We put a property under contract from a distance which required Alvaro to do more of what the buyer would normally do.
