Donna was knowledgeable about the market, and understood what we wanted to achieve. Donna informed us of everything that occurred with the house from the get go. She knew how much to put it on the market for, how to negotiate a fair price and how to work with the buyers. We were able to close on the house within 2 weeks from putting it on the market.
