I was initially impressed with Donna from the beginning, at our first meeting I recognized her knowledge of the community I lived in and what would help to sell my home as quickly as possible. I relocated out of state prior to listing my home with Donna, so a lot of our conversations were via email or phone. Donna didn’t fail to call me every Thursday for a status report. Her personal touch convinced me she was the right realtor for me. She returned calls promptly and acted upon any request or changes. She didn’t fail to walk me thru every aspect of selling my home from beginning to final closing. Donna is a very pleasant person who believes in positive thinking and very upbeat. This was no simple transaction with purchases on top of contingent sales, intersecting and opposing timelines, Covid and contractors trying to shake up the deal. Julian with M&B group was quick to pick up on the fact that I was overwhelmed and jumped in to take over. Very detail oriented and quick to reply. Had to kick out my closing date several times and Julian worked with the buyers agent and title company to make it happen.

Lisa worked relentlessly with me while I was still overseas helping to gather my preferences and getting listings ready for me to view. Once I got here she showed me and my little dachshund mix homes all over the county until we were sure that we found the right one for us. Then it was time for the mountain of paperwork which she also helped me through as a first time homebuyer. Lisa is personable and her service doesn’t end with the closing of home.
