Pleasant experience!

My husband and I had been on and off the market for a while. We always wanted to retire in the golf coast. We were vacationers of South Florida for many years and witnessed prices sky rocketed consistently. Our dream was slipping off of our hands. Our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter moved to Georgia. We then decided to sell our property in New Jersey and actively look into the Pensacola area. That will put us close to the gulf and much closer to our daughter/granddaughter. During my internet search, I found to my surprise a much affordable market in the Florida Panhandle. Somehow, I was connected to Jamie Combs. We contacted her and gave her a list of properties of our interest in the area. She was prompt to make the appointments for viewings. Since we were out of state, we requested from her to put them all in line on the same day. She enthusiastically did. We saw several properties in the morning and had just two more for the afternoon. Jamie was very professional at all times. She was willing to help, enthusiastic and positive. She was knowledgeable of the area and experienced enough to guide us through every step during the buying process. We had chosen a Mortgage Company that had provided our pre-approval letter. Jamie not just respected our choice. She also established a great communication with Erika (our agent) Jamie also recommended a very good tittle company in the area. We are now the proud owners of a humble but lovely house in Milton Florida. We did it Jamie! In just 28 days and under asking price! We have recommended Jamie Combs to family and friends. And will continue to do so. Can’t wait to move down next year after retirement! And spend more time with my now Facebook friend Jamie Combs! We owe you girl!❤️
