•Ann was so amazing to work with from start to finish. She helped me with both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home… Sometimes very tricky to coordinate. The way that she marketed the home that I was selling was done so beautifully that the house was under contract within five business days. She was extremely attentive to my wishes and needs in looking for my new home, and gave me such a great selection of homes to look at. When submitting offers, she was realistic, transparent, and so good at guiding me as to where I needed to be in terms of putting together a great package for offering. The process for both buying and selling was the smoothest I’ve ever encountered…and I have purchased a few homes in my lifetime. Could not recommend her more. She’s a great mix of knowing exactly what to do from the business end and also being super personable and understanding the emotional part of the transaction.
