Honestly if you're in the Fairfield county area there is no one better to go with. He found renters for my house and when I was ready to sell he had it sold and closed in just over a month. He has a wide range of expertise since he was a contractor for so long so I would suggest utilizing all of his knowledge. I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work

Bill did a great job selling my parents house. I was very busy moving my parents to a convalescent home. Bill handled all aspects of the sale. He listed the house and found a ready buyer. Bill sold our house in Sandy Hook, CT for a great price and quickly! This was a weekend house and we needed an agent who was very knowledgeable about the market and pricing. Once Bill secured buyers to the house, he continued to go above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us fix some of the outstanding issues to get it ready for sale, and since this was not hour main home, Bill was available to be at the house when we were not able to. He even helped us arrange to get things moved! Bill made something we thought would be a long and diffcult process easy. I would highly recommend Bill! Truly outstanding agent and wonderful person.
