If I have to do it again I will definitely pick her. Specially because she is bilingual and when I didn’t understood something in English she explained it to me in Spanish. Chativa has a lot of patience when it came to me going back and forth on if I wanted to continue this road or look at other homes lol but she stood behind me and my husband 100% and one thing I loved was her honesty! Having a 5 year old daughter she wouldn’t fake it when it came to houses that weren’t safe to raise a child in. The working relationship started great and I really enjoyed working with Chativa in the beginning. Unfortunately, once I decided on a property it went down hill from there. I originally thought it was the builders that was the issue, but quickly realized I was not receiving accurate information from my realtor. This is a serious issue as your realtor is your primary source of information during the home buyers process. Once I realized the information was inaccurate from Chativa, I was left spending a lot of time researching information and figuring it out on my own. In addition I have purchased homes in the past and my realtor have always provided me with information about the area, including utilities services, etc. Chativa did not provide me with any information. In fact, it was the realtor of the seller that provided me with the information I needed. That to me is not great customer service. Even if I am originally from the area, receiving this vital information is helpful, or at least ask. It has been a while since residing in the area, so it would have been helpful. Instead, I was left to figure it out. Overall, not one of the best home buying experiences.

I had the pleasure of having Chativa as my realtor as a first time home buyer. And let me just start off by saying she was amazing. She made the process as stress free and smooth as possible. She helped me find my dream home in a very very short amount of time. The whole process was new to me and Chativa prepared me for every step along the way. She was very knowledgeable, very compassionate and she answered my questions at all hours of the day and night. She was very flexible when it came to my schedule and she would meet me late in the evening, early in the morning or whenever was convenient for me to show me houses. She also helped me find the right team of people to help make the process as seamless as possible and all of her recommendations were 5 star! If you are looking for someone who is going to find you exactly what your looking for and is a pleasure to deal with I recommend Chativa a thousand time over. Just a little story to show how compassionate she is and how she goes the extra mile- On the day of closing I lost/left my phone at a Stewart’s 20 minutes before I was supposed to sign the papers. I still had to go to the bank to get the check and the amount of funds needed was saved on my phone. So in a panic I called Chativa (using my mom’s phone) and she drove all the way to the Stewart’s for me, found/got my phone called me with the amount and met me at the lawyers office. She was a true life saver and did it all without hesitation.
