You found us a home that wasn't even there to find yet.
It’s not often you come across someone who has a true passion for what they do, but my wife and I were lucky enough to find that person in Terri. For a year and a half, we searched for our dream property in the Northwoods, only to lose properties before we could even submit an offer. To make it harder, we were searching 4½ hours from Terri’s home base. After the exceptional job she did helping us with our primary home, however, there was nobody else we wanted helping us fulfill this dream. Boy, were we right! Terri didn’t just wait for properties to hit the market. She thought outside the box, contacting property management companies and searching for opportunities that weren’t available yet. That’s how she found our property! Because of Terri, we had an accepted offer before it ever officially hit the market. And that was just the beginning. Terri tracked down property information, previous contracts and expenses, found vendors we would need, and even helped us find the right property manager. We also shared some great lunches while making those crazy nine-hour round-trip day trips to look at properties. Terri wasn’t simply our Realtor—she became part of our journey. Today, my wife and I wake up at our cabin on beautiful Little Saint Germain Lake and watch the sun rise over the water. Terri, you made our dream a reality.
